Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Shotalyze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Shotalyze is a shooting target analysis tool. You upload photos of shooting targets and receive automated analysis including shot detection, group statistics, and performance insights. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address at registration. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Service.

User content

You retain ownership of any images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Shotalyze a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may delete your content at any time through the application.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Creem. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Shot detection and analysis results are automated estimates and should not be relied upon as a sole measure of shooting performance. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
